FUND EXPENSES
Update May 14th 2007
To date the foundation has written one check from its Foundation account at Liberty Bank in Colchester Connecticut. The check was written on Jan 1st 2007 to The Town of Colchester in the amount of $5,200. It was to fund the gap in the Athletic Field Task Force field site study by Vollmer and Associates.
All marketing, web site development/maintenance, legal and accounting fees have continued to be donated by the generosity of founding and community members.
The Cody Camp Memorial Field Foundation, LLC is run by Founding Member’s, a Committee and a Treasury who are all major contributors to the fund.
When the fund meets it’s goal it will be shut down with all remaining proceeds forwarded to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1311 Mamaronek Ave, White Plains, NY 10605.
